Living near the clouds 1,132 feet up at 432 Park Avenue in Manhattan doesn't come cheap. Residences start at residences start at $16.95 million and a good portion of what you're paying for is the view.
[post_ads]The new 96-story condominium tower, which has received its share of criticism for its impact on the skyline, today unveiled a model residence that occupies half of the 86th floor and was decorated by interior designer Robert Couturier. It's the first completed penthouse in the building, with 4,028 square feet of living space, 12.5-foot ceilings, 10-by-10-foot windows, and artwork by Hubert le Gall, Christopher Kutz, Michael Eastman, and Sol Lewitt.
The three-bedroom has four full bathrooms (including two master baths), a powder room, and library, but its primary appeal has to be the 360-degree views over the city that reach the George Washington Bridge to the north, One World Trade Center and the Empire State Building to the south, Brooklyn to the east, and New Jersey to the west. Take a look for yourself below.
