As you might hope and expect, women in London come in all shapes and sizes and we have shops for everyone.
Firstly, I have some handy international Clothing Size Conversion Charts here to guide you to the UK equivalent sizes.

It seems most of the plus size women's clothes shops in London are around Oxford Street so you won't be dashing around all over town.
Evans
Evans
has 180 stores of plus size fashion so they know how to get the shape
right to flatter curvy women. They stock up to size 32 and have
everything from nightwear to special occasion wear.
Evans have
been the plus size women's fashion leader for a long time but don't
dismiss them as too 'safe' as Evans had their first catwalk show at
London Fashion Week in 2014.
You can check the online store
locator for other branches but, if you are shopping at Oxford Street,
Evans has a branch near Marble Arch.
Address: Unit 2-3, 529-533 Oxford Street, London W1C 2QN
Primark
Also at the Marble Arch end of Oxford Street is a huge branch of the cheap fashion chain Primark.
They cater for all sizes, including children's
and men's clothing, and don't have a lot in larger sizes but it can be
worth checking for basics (t-shirts, leggings, etc) and for some cheap
summer dresses.
Address: 499-517 Oxford Street, London, W1K 7DA
Next
On the opposite side of Oxford Street is the chain store Next and they have clothing up to size 26 and a better quality than in Primark.
Address: 508-520 Oxford Street, London W1C 1NX
New Look
Almost next door is a large branch of the chain store New Look. The clothing is quite cheap and the range changes regularly so there's usually something on-trend.
Address: 500-502 Oxford Street, London. W1C 2HW
[post_ads]Marks & Spencer
Carrying on along Oxford Street, there's a large branch of M&S on the same side of the street. The M&S
Plus range goes up to size 28 and has some good everyday clothes which
are usually better quality fabrics than other chain stores.
Address: 458 Oxford Street, London, W1C 1AP
Long Tall Sally
If you are tall too, head up Orchard Street to find Long Tall Sally
on Chiltern Street where they specialize in flattering clothing for
women 5'8" (173cm) and above. Clothing is up to size 24 and they stock
larger shoe sizes too.
Address: 21-25 Chiltern Street, London W1U 7PH
Beige Plus
Also in Marylebone is Beige Plus. Don't be put off to the uninspiring store name as they have a good range and stock up to size 28.
Address: 44 New Cavendish Street, London W1G 8TR
H&M
There are a few branches of this high street fashion chain along Oxford Street, and across the UK and beyond. At one time H&M upset fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld
when they insisted on carrying the range he collaborated on them with
in a size 16. Shocking, I know. But now H&M stock plus sizes as
normal.
Address: 360-366 Oxford Street West, London W1N 9HA
(Near to Bond Street tube station)
Forever 21
There's a branch of Forever 21 next door to H&M. The Forever 21+ range goes up to size 24 so you too can have the latest fashions at an affordable price.
Address: 360 Oxford Street, London W1C 1AB
Marina Rinaldi
Italian brand Marina Rinaldi
is the place to go for designer plus size styles. It can be a bit
intimidating visiting here as there is a security guard on the door but
if you want the best then it's worth going inside. They do cater for
different age groups so don't think this is something you have to wait
until you are older to enjoy.
Address: 5 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4HF

Debenhams
Continuing along Oxford Street you come to some of the best department stores. Debenhams stock women's fashion up to size 32.
Address: 334-348 Oxford Street, London W1C 1JG
House of Fraser
The next department store along this stretch of Oxford Street is House of Fraser
who stock a range by Marina Rinaldi (if the security guard on the
Mayfair store concerns you). The clothing here tends to be a bit more
mature, to suit their audience, but it's great for classic styles.
Address: 318 Oxford Street, London W1C 1HF
John Lewis
And my favorite department store, John Lewis, will have options for you too with sizes up to 26 in many ranges. The East clothing is particularly recommended.
Address: 300 Oxford Street, London W1C 1DX
Bravissimo
On the other side of Oxford Circus (the junction with Regent Street) you'll find Bravissimo where they specialize in lingerie, swimwear and nightwear for fuller figures.
Address: 28 Margaret Street, London W1W 8RZ

SimplyBe
This
store is great as it has real fashion to make you feel good and stocks
up to size 36. They stock some brands too including the trendy range by
Joe Browns, which comes recommended.
Address: 138-140 Oxford Street, London W1D 1LY
Base
If you want a designer range, head over to Covent Garden to Base which has a range from size 16 to 28. The clothing is beautiful and quite different from what you find on the high street.
Address: 55 Monmouth Street, London WC2H 9DG
