You can stay in true luxury.
Cannes is home to some of the most beautiful, historic, and luxurious hotels on the French Riviera. For over a century The Carlton has been a home base for the elite traveling the South of France. Ornately decorated from top to bottom, the Carlton overlooks the Mediterranean and offers exclusive access to a private beach. The Carlton Restaurant on the ground floor is one of the city’s top dining establishments, so you don’t have to go far to eat well. Another top-flight option is the Grand Hyatt Martinez, which in addition to also having a private beach also boasts a luxurious heated outdoor pool. There are a number of options for those who want to save a bit of money for other activities; the Gray D’Albion may not have the history and panache of the Carlton or Martinez, but it’s located right on the main beachside road, the Boulevard de la Croisette, and also offers a private beach area for guests.
You can shop ‘til you drop.

There’s incredible food.
The Martinez is home to the Palme D’Or, the only 2-Star Michelin restaurant in town. But you don’t have to spend too much to eat great in Cannes. Thanks to its Mediterranean location and multicultural history, Cannes is a place where cuisines and flavors intersect beautifully. You’ll find excellent Neapolitan-style pizza and seafood at Bobo Bistro; La Mome has an eclectic menu featuring everything from pork belly to a wagyu beef bib to panko crusted veal in chic setting; Noun temporarily brings you across the Mediterranean to sample the best of Lebanese fare, with a prix fixe that lets you sample basically everything on the menu. For lunch, you can’t do much better than Baoli, which sits right on the beach.
You can explore.
