The
518-room all-inclusive resort has always catered to couples, of course.
Honeymoon and romance packages, as well as a wide range of destination
wedding options, are always on offer here. Still, an award-winning
Kid’s Club and tons of activities geared toward children have long given
the Montego Bay Holiday Inn more of a kids-and-families feel. “We love
our family clients, of course, but it was time to do something special
for our adult guests," says Nicola Madden-Greig, group director of
marketing and sales and one of the creative minds behind the resort’s
new Rosehall Club.
Launched in the spring of 2015, the Rosehall
Club is an exclusive “hotel within a hotel” concept geared toward adults
with no kids in tow.
"It builds upon the foundation of our
pre-existing adults-only pool, adding more elegance and amenities to
create a grown-up oasis within the property," explains Madden-Greig.
Set
on the shoreline at the far western edge of the Holiday Inn Resort
Montego Bay, the Rose Hall Club includes 52 newly refurbished rooms.
Club guests enjoy private check-in (complete with complimentary welcome
cocktail) and check-out away from the more bustling main
lobby. Distinctive Rosehall Club ID bracelets ensure that guests' resort
experience remains at an adult level.
Within the Club, guests
enjoy an exclusive air-conditioned lounge, satellite TV, games, books,
magazines, snacks and beverages: this the place to be when you’ve had
too much sun. It’s hard to pull away from the beach and pool area at the
Rosehall Club, though. This is decidedly a “no-stress” zone, as
underscored by the always swinging swim-up bar, hot tub, and exclusive
sun beds and beach cabanas. And when you're ready to get out for some
adult evening fun, Montego Bay's famous "hip strip" restaurants and clubs are just a short cab ride away.
