Koh Samui, Thailand
“After a quick one-hour flight from Bangkok, you'll arrive in this south Thailand paradise. Start your morning eating a delicious breakfast at Life Cafe and then make your way to all of the island’s most beautiful spots. From coconut farms to crystal-clear beaches to the night markets, there is something for e v e r y o n e. My highlight? Seeing Guanyin, Goddess of Mercy.”– Hannah Rheaume
Lisbon, Portugal
“For a perfect day in Lisbon, make sure you leave plenty of time to simply roam—it's the best way to take in all the sights, sounds and of course, tile work of the city! Start the morning off right with an egg tart, or nata, from Pastéis de Belém, (the first bakery to make them!), and then stroll over to the beautiful Jerónimos Monastery for some incredible Renaissance architecture. Finish the day with a sunset at Saõ Jorges, which boasts a beautiful, panoramic view of the city (make sure to grab a glass of port wine from the many vendors up there!).” – Krystal Bick
Tulum, Mexico
“Tulum is a truly magical place with tons of cenotes that you can swim in. Some have ropes to climb on, man-made swings, ladders and fish. After a dip in the cenotes, I usually grab lunch at one of the many vegan-friendly cafés located on the main Tulum strip. It's a very health-conscious, peaceful place to get away for a few days, and one of my favorite places in the world to visit. I go back every year.” – Alyssa Bossio
Positano, Italy
“There’s a certain kind of light that makes Positano simply magical. After visiting several times, I always find myself mesmerized by the rugged colorful cliffs that protrude along the sea, and the retro vibes that make every beach scene reminiscent of the ’50s. Catch some of the best views from Villa Franca, located at one of the highest points in the city, and make sure to order an Aperol Spritz by the rooftop pool. You can’t miss having lunch at Da Adolfo and dinner at Le Sirenuse for a romantic and scenic night at one of the most beautiful hotels in town.” – Ana Linares
Marrakech, Morocco
“Head to the markets, known as souks, in the heart of the Medina. There are stalls after stalls packed with everything from beautiful handmade bags and home decor to spices and oils. I quickly learned to come ready to bargain, never accept the first price and know how much you want to pay beforehand. The souks are massive and it can be really overwhelming as a first timer, so I'd recommend hiring an official guide for the day to take you around.” – Natanya Bravo
Amsterdam, The Netherlands
“Amsterdam is best explored by walking or if you're up for it, biking around the canals. But the best views are from the canals at sunset. Rent a boat with up to eight friends and cruise around the canals visiting hot spots like the Red Light District, while eating market bites and sipping a glass of vino.” – Hannah Rheaume
Oahu, Hawaii
“Lanikai Beach on Oahu is obviously gorgeous, but what I truly love about it is the overall atmosphere and vibe. I love that Oahu has plenty of places to escape the city noise, so you get the best of both worlds.” – Lisa Linh
