Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto is opening two Asian restaurants, Morimoto Asia Waikiki and Momosan Waikiki, that serve exceptional Asian fusion cuisine. Think dim sum, freshly-carved Peking duck, and classic izakaya-style rice dishes. For Hawaiian brunch and live music, head to the restaurant Lychee, but better make a reservation beforehand since it's quite the hot spot.
