It begins to look a lot like Christmas earlier than you'd expect at this charming inn.
For those who love the festive feel of Christmastime,
there's a charming inn in New Hampshire where that spirit is alive 365
days a year.

he Christmas Farm Inn and Spa has
been everything from a jail to a church to a farmhouse, and today it’s a
quaint family-owned inn with a clear appreciation for Christmas cheer.
Despite its name, the property isn’t
distinctly a Christmas-themed hotel, but guests will find familiar
holiday touches from wreaths and garlands to festive art and statues
throughout the year.
Meanwhile, all of the inn's suites and rooms have playful Christmas-related names.
In the property's historic Main Inn, which was built back in 1786, there are nine uniquely designed guest rooms.
There's the Mr. and Mrs. Clause, two rooms joined by a connecting
door, or rooms named after Santa’s reindeer: Vixen, Donner, and Dasher.

Next to the Main Inn is the Saltbox, a portion of the
building that is believed to have been built in 1778 and that
holds nine rooms with names like Mistletoe, Holly, Elves, Rudolph, and
Sugar and Spice.
The carriage house suites are located on a hillside above the Main
Inn and are named after the “12 Days of Christmas”: think 1 Partridge in
a Pear Tree and 11 Pipers Piping.
There are also seven Medieval-inspired cottages,
including the Sleigh House and the Sugar House, which line the path of
the appropriately named “Dancer Way.”
Finally, the Christmas Farm Inn Barn has haylofts that have been
converted into four two-story condo spaces, where guests will be
surrounded by antique beams and original barn board paneling from trees
dating back to the Revolutionary War.

The inn is conveniently located near Santa’s Village, a Christmas-themed park where families can ride a yule log flume or visit a school for elves.
It also sponsors the annual Journey to the North Pole
program, which makes it possible for Christmas-caroling holiday
enthusiasts to take a train ride with Santa and the elves every November
and December. And when the holiday season arrives, keep your eyes
peeled for the 15-foot Christmas tree in the inn’s barn.

Guests staying at the inn around Christmas can look forward to a tray
of “naughty and nice” treats that include everything from cookies and
chocolate to clementines and candy canes. Rates start at $169 a
night for around Christmas, and $99 a night other times of the year.
