What to expect at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Casino:

It is exactly what you would expect from a luxury hotel. A Mobil Five Star and AAA Five Diamond Award holder so you know a few people have come through and said it is outrageous. It smells and looks classy as you step through the front doors. If you don’t like this place you might be dead inside. While it does hint at luxury it does not feel pretentious so you won't feel like a snob. well, unless you want to feel  like a snob.

What you might like at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Casino:

The food, with 22 different choices for a meal it is very hard to leave this place without adding a new hole to that belt of yours. You'll also appreciate all the art around the property and the extra level of attention that the staff pays to you.

What you might not like at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Casino:

The prices, yes, good things cost a little more and the great things are just not affordable.

Everything at the Wynn Las Vegas cost a little extra so don’t bet on a cheap meal, or a cheap drink at this place. If you enjoy great customer service you'll think it is worth it. You also will appreciate the elevated clientele that pay for a good thing.

My suggestion:
Walk over to Parasol Down and take in some of the luxury of Wyn Las Vegas and the Lake of Dreams.  If you decide to have a drink, at least enjoy the view and sit on the patio within earshot of the waterfall and creepy statues in the pond. Come here in the early evening when the shows start and try to figure out why a giant frog pops out from on top of the waterfall.

Rooms at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Casino: 2700 plus rooms that start at 600+ square feet. The restrooms are nice and big and of course give you the opportunity to take a bath as you watch television. Expect every type of amenity that you desire. If you can't find it in the room and it is reasonable I have a feeling that the customer service professionals will work hard to make sure you are happy. Personally, I am a fan of the robes and the endless amount of good stuff in the bathroom. I do enjoy a nice mending kit as well as the basket with toothbrush, shaving cream and razor, polisher, and the countless extras to make sure I look good. The beds are high quality as you should expect for a luxury property and the small siting area makes the room feel very spacious.

Casino/Sports Book: Yes. The line gets set here so if you need to know hot the action is going to be set this is where you'll not only put your money down it is also where you'll watch the game.
