Stay Fit While Traveling This Holiday Season
The holiday season is here and that means more time spent in cars,
trains, and planes to visit loved ones...and less time at the gym.
There are several fitness apps to help you stay in shape even when
you're away from home. CycleCast
is the first app to bring streaming spin classes to anyone with a
stationary bike and a wifi connection, so you can try it out at the
hotel gym. If you want to focus on toning a specific part of the body,
then check out Nike Training Club.
This app will select the perfect training plan based on the area you
want to focus on as well as the amount of time you have. Even if all of
that last-minute holiday shopping has you all tied up, the 7 Minute Workout Challenge
is a mini-workout app that will cue everything from high intensity
jumping jacks to push-ups and planks. Now you don't have to feel as
guilty about having that second glass of Grandma's egg nog.
